Bahram Jung Mosque is located in the nearby locality of Nandanam area in Chennai. In between the years, 1789 and 1795, Muhammad Abdulla Qadir Nawaz Khan Bahadur Baharam Jung, built this Mosque when he was a poet at in a court of Muhammad Ali Khan Wallajah, the Nawab of Carnatic.

Anderson Church is the ancient and historical church of Chennai. It resides at Broadway, Parrys corner of Chennai.

It is located very much close to the central railway station and turned out to be a popular landmark of its surrounding locality.

Church of our Lady of expectations is a very famous church and also is a historical place of Chennai. This church is located at Santhome (St.Thomas Mount) of Chennai.

In the year 70 AD, St. Thomas a disciple of Jesus Christ came to Chennai and made St.Thomas Mount his home. Then after his death, a Portuguese built a church in that place. A specialty of this church is a cross, made out of a stone and it is believed that the saint himself with the help of his nails embedded the cross on the wall.
