Siruvani falls and Siruvani Dam can be visited at the same as they are close by. It is situated 37kms towards the west of Coimbatore.

Siruvani water takes care of all the water needs of the city and the reservoir here was constructed by the Kerala Government for Tamil Nadu through the funds collected by the Tamil Nadu government.

This area offers trekking, camping, bird watching, walking etc. Forest department can make arrangements for your camping if you are planning to.

A charge of Rs.50 should be paid at the check post and that’s it. Nothing more. Just fun and adventure.

The water is sweet to taste and it is believed to be the second sweetest water in the universe.

Kovai Kuttralam Falls is a pleasant place. It is located 35kms away towards the west from the city. Situated in the Siruvani Hill range, it originates from the Siruvani hill range making people go Awww, with its beauty.

This is maintained by the forest department as it is deep inside the dense forest area and one is not permitted to enter the falls after 5 PM.

Private vehicles are not allowed inside and there are few vehicles provided by the forest department to take you inside.

No shops are there after the forest gates. If you are at Coimbatore, this is a must place to be visited. Don’t miss the fun.
